Khadijat Bello is a Nigerian entrepreneur, education administrator, and community development advocate with a passion for leadership, economic empowerment, and public service. She is the Chief Executive Officer of Rewa Woods Limited, a company specialising in the manufacture and distribution of high-quality furniture, premium laminate boards, and construction finishing solutions; Managing Director of Botini Concepts International Limited, a general construction and facility management company; and Director of BrightHope Group of Schools, where she is committed to promoting quality education, youth development, and character building.
Born into a family with deep roots in both Lagos and Ogun States, Khadijat hails from Epe Local Government Area of Lagos State. Her paternal grandfather is from Epe, Lagos State, while her paternal grandmother is from Abeokuta, Ogun State, giving her a strong ancestral connection to both states. Through her Epe heritage, she proudly identifies as a Lagosian, embracing the rich culture, traditions, and values of Lagos State.
She began her professional career in the banking sector, serving at Intercontinental Bank Plc and briefly at Access Bank Plc after transition, developing expertise in financial management, customer relationship management, business development, and strategic planning — experience that laid the foundation for her later move into entrepreneurship and leadership. Since 2001 she has led Botini Concepts International Limited, providing professional construction, civil engineering, property management and maintenance services to government agencies, private developers, corporate organisations and other clients.
Throughout her career, Khadijat has remained actively involved in community development and humanitarian initiatives, supporting youth empowerment, women's advancement, entrepreneurship, and educational development. With professional experience spanning banking, education, construction, manufacturing, and business management, she brings a wealth of knowledge in financial stewardship, organisational leadership, stakeholder engagement, and community service to the ticket.
Began her professional career in banking, developing expertise in financial management, customer relationship management, business development, and strategic planning.
Took the helm of Botini Concepts International Limited, a general construction and facility management company providing professional construction, civil engineering, property management and maintenance services to government agencies, private developers and corporate clients.
Continued her banking career at Access Bank Plc following the transition, deepening her experience in financial services and client management.
Established Rewa Woods Limited, a manufacturer and distributor of high-quality furniture, premium laminate boards, and construction finishing solutions, creating employment and supporting Nigeria's manufacturing and construction sectors.
Took on leadership of BrightHope Group of Schools, dedicated to nurturing future leaders through quality education, discipline, innovation, and moral values.
Actively supports youth empowerment, women's advancement, entrepreneurship, and educational development initiatives across Lagos State.
Joins the PDP ticket as running mate to Engr. Adedeji Doherty for the 2027 Lagos State governorship race.
